Peter Sarik is one of the most popular jazz-pianist artists of Hungary.
As a member of the Peter Sarik Trio and other music formations he regularly gives concerts in Hungary and abroad, too. He has taken part on several occasions in the most renowned competitions for composers in Great Britain and the USA. Apart from his original compositions he is a great performer of Bartók’s and Beethoven’s compositions transcribed in jazz style by himself.
He created the jazz transcription of Bartók’s Bluebeard Castle in 2021.
